When I told our mom Sandy VanSumeren, Skorupskis was having a luncheon last November 2015 at the Real Seafood company. She said as mom always said "Seriously??" I told her Spencer would go over the funeral process and get some ideas for her unannounced plans. She went alright, with her two best friends by her side for a wonderful lunch and some insight. Spencer Skorupski went above and beyond what my family expected. He was there to give us information needed for the funeral while mom was at the carriage house. He was there when mom passed away. Spencer let us have a Private showing for my Aunt, my moms sister who was leaving back to Texas for health reason. When I first saw mom I was so impressed how GREAT she looked. One week ago I lost my Dad. Spencer Skorupski and his staff made a terrible time in my life a bit easier. Spencer made sure our family was taken care of and helped me immensely with decisions that I needed to make at a time where I wasn't thinking clearly. Spencer and staff were kind, caring, professional and wonderful to work with. They want above and beyond to make sure my fathers funeral was exactly how we wanted and honored him in a beautiful way, and they even added in some wonderful touches that surprised us. Whatever we wanted or needed, Spencer was there to help. They took good care of our family during this extremely difficult time. Recently my dear husband Ray passed away. Spencer was so patient and compassionate with my family. My grandma meant everything to me, and Spencer couldn't have done a better job honoring her life with his services.
