This company was a really good place to rent from pre-pandemic. During the pandemic, it’s kind of been a struggle to get repairs done in a timely fashion. My house came with a dryer, which broke and it took them about two months to replace it. My heater has gone out about 6-8 times this year alone and when maintenance shows up hours later, they just light the pilot light and leave. Took care of their tenants
I was late once last year on rent, I paid the late fee without no problem. Had a issue this year for February so I was late. I was going to be able to pay the late fee and the next months rent without a problem, but they decided to not let me renew my lease, and forced me to move out in 5 days. I was 8 months pregnant and had no where to go.
