Working for Skold Construction has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating professional experiences I’ve had. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by management is staggering. From the very beginning, it was clear that there was a complete lack of structure or organization within the company. Working for Skold Construction was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The only positive was that they gave me a chance when no one else was hiring. Beyond that, it was a huge disappointment unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. The way I ended up leaving was just the final straw. If you have the option to work anywhere else, I highly recommend you take it.
Good company
If I could put a negative 10 I would- they are a horrible company to work for. They hire racist people and when it is brought to their attention they do nothing about it. They fire employees for following directives that are given but only write up the person giving the directive. This company deserves to be shut down for the horrible business practices they follow. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!
