Who ever Jean is he needs to get his attitude checked. He has no type of filter and is really disrespectful. If I was manager I would Have A TALK with him!!!!
I've gone to Skokie Radiology multiple times over the past 3 years and I've only had positive experiences. The radiology staff is personable, friendly, and kind. They explain everything in great detail and answer any questions you may have prior to completing any procedure. Compared to other locations I've had imaging performed, this one is by far the best - they are like a well-oiled machine! I would highly recommend their department.
Not good they just put me at hold transfer me and still got no answer for my question for "9" calls...
