Awful experience!!! My friend went for rashes and blisters on her hand and we waited for 3 hours with no help. No sense of urgency and no knowledge of how long the wait would be. She went into triage and then we waited for 2 hours before they took her vitals. Waiting room was packed and the staff didn’t seem to care. Truly a disappointing experience. We wanted simple care and left with nothing but an awful experience.

The emergency room experience was appalling. My vomiting child waited 4 hours for a nurse who showed up with attitude, demanding RSV and COVID tests before a doctor would even see him. Another 2 hours passed just to get a bed. 6 hours of suffering for a child while staff seemed indifferent. If you can't manage an emergency room, close it. Untrained staff and inhumane treatment aren't acceptable. Something's seriously wrong here.

Literally saw a man Deing and convulsing being denied help from a floater Nurse with no training. His blood sugar was so low the son was requesting insulin or even a cookie to which the Nurse said "i already took his vitals sir (as he is convulsing) , but I GUESS I can take them again." There are witnesses to this. Safe to say do not go here. You will not be taken care of here. Untrained staff and no sense of care or urgency

I had knee surgery and everything was fantaztic. The staff did am amazing today and treated me very well, friendly, and fantaztic. Would recommend them to anyone!!
