Confirmed an 'Instant Booking' via ClassPass, but the studio was empty when I arrived. Apparently, a phone confirmation is also required despite the instant booking status. I’m disappointed by the lack of coordination between the platform and the studio's availability Update: After posting this honest review about my experience, the owner sent me a text message threatening legal action for defamation. It is disappointing to see a business attempt to intimidate customers instead of addressing service and communication issues
