The microblading technician did NOT do an outline of the new brows and did NOT get my approval prior to starting the process resulting in eyebrows i did not want.
The microblading technician did NOT do an outline of the new brows and did NOT get my approval prior to starting the process resulting in eyebrows i did not want. They looked like clown brows! I repeatedly told her I wanted "NATURAL" looking brows! I had to scrub them to get most of the ink out but am left with scars by my temples where she dug the blade into my skin. It is the responsibility of the technician to follow the proper procedure, she did not! I The decent thing would be to refund my money.
