I moved into an apartment that had flooded twice before without my knowledge, they allowed me to move in- never disclosed the information- a month later the apartment flooded with me in it and the management company said they do not cover flooding damages. I had to move a month later, lost time from work, property damage, took me 3 days to move alone, management just watched. Just bad...managers of the complxes are all snotty, maintenance people are either miserable and don't stay long, or they speak NO English and do really shotty work. Like a bandaid on a shot gun wound. But, they want that money! Uggghh, no good!

Don't ever leave reviews but these people r super unprofessional and same with the mananagment of their properties. They raised my rent 3 times in the past 6 months and when I called to adress it and not having hot water or ac half the time n have roaches they do nothing about this dude started screaming at me over the phone saying I have no rights and when I asked for his name he hung up imagine paying 1450 a month for a single bedroom to be treated like this. This is obsurd
