Came today and disappointed that they are no longer here. Where have these guys moved to?
I always thought this car wash couldn’t be great because the car park is too dark and the cleaners can’t see what they’re doing so they can’t possibly clean a car properly. However for convenience I went to get my car cleaned there so I could do some grocery shopping. Upon approaching the manager (i assume it’s him), I asked for an executive car wash and wanted to specifically point out certain areas that I wanted cleaned and asked politely. I should have read the reviews before sending my car in, specifically advised the staff there that my wheels are dirty, the rest of the car is alright. Picked up the car, wheels are pretty much in the same condition, some spray was put on as well so it’s so greasy. I just got home washing the wheels again my myself, the water came off like liquid chocolate, 3 stars are generous for this car wash, will never waste my money there. I just had a fantastic experience at a car wash! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I opted for the full wash and detailing package, and they did an incredible job. My car was spotless inside and out, and I was really impressed with their attention to detail. They also used eco-friendly products, which is a great bonus. I highly recommend this car wash!
I recently visited this car wash, and it was a complete disappointment. First, the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, demanding to leave my car unattended as I didn’t pick it up within the time frame. The wash itself was rushed and poorly done — windows were still dirty, the floors won’t vacuumed properly, the rubbish under the seats were still left there, things won’t wiped down.
