Just finished renting from this guys and would not recommend. The Landlord had once entered my apartment with a key while I was in the bathroom, lost power in the apartment multiple times for the same issue, and got charged 50 bucks a hour, for 10 hours, to clean a apartment with 4 small rooms in total. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to rent from them. As someone stated before he's the nicest guy until the ink dries on your lease

Same experience as most. Horrible experience. Rich wouldn't allow visitors to spend the night unless permission was granted. Had to pay an extra $10 to have a relitive stay for a week to pay for the extra water usage. Apartment was in terrible condition when moving in. We cleaned it better when we left than when we arrived. When we were checking out, he pointed out that there were some stains on the wall in the kitchen. I told him they were there when we moved in and he said it was our responsibility since we didn't note it ... read more

Rich had my deposit for an entire month, the day he told us we could move in he told us that we couldn’t move in because he’s painting the house. After I stated that I didn’t think that was fair he said that “if I’m going to have an attitude, he doesn’t have to rent to me.” I asked for the deposit back and decided to look elsewhere for a rental, would suggest you did the same.
