Great location! The apartments are situated in an ideal location and they allow pets. The wooden floors give the place a more modern feel and the neighborhood is typically very friendly. The carpentry and woodworking quality is so so. It’s common for hinges on the cabinet to fall off of the plywood cabinets. Can sometimes be tough to get any kind of response out so be prepared to do a little DIY. The toilets are also a little high and flush aggressively with low water levels. Decent shower pressure.

Current resident. Found a car parked in my spot. I was informed by the management to notify the property manager or maintenance staff on-call. When I call the office (after-hours) to get the issue resolved - I press 2 to get ahold of the staff. Then I'm told that I don't have permission to use that line? Rating 1 star for the single visitor spot. I want to call a tow truck but this is really a property issue. Hope there's a chance we can resolve this.

They need to put the name of the manager in charge a phone number and an address to the apartment building the price of a two bedroom and deposit amount

These apartments are very cheaply made, you only get one parking space per unit. I have multiple service orders in that I've been waiting months for without any follow up. Yet they come and fix the most minor of issues have the audacity to charge for the simplest repair ($40 for minutes of labor). Strangely this charge showed up right after we we attempted to follow up on our other repair request (is that legally retaliation). If these folks didn't want the responsibility of being landlords they should have found other work.... read more
