Current resident. Found a car parked in my spot. I was informed by the management to notify the property manager or maintenance staff on-call. When I call the office (after-hours) to get the issue resolved - I press 2 to get ahold of the staff. Then I'm told that I don't have permission to use that line? Rating 1 star for the single visitor spot. I want to call a tow truck but this is really a property issue. Hope there's a chance we can resolve this.

They need to put the name of the manager in charge a phone number and an address to the apartment building the price of a two bedroom and deposit amount

These apartments are very cheaply made, you only get one parking space per unit. I have multiple service orders in that I've been waiting months for without any follow up. Yet they come and fix the most minor of issues have the audacity to charge for the simplest repair ($40 for minutes of labor). Strangely this charge showed up right after we we attempted to follow up on our other repair request (is that legally retaliation). If these folks didn't want the responsibility of being landlords they should have found other work.... read more

Our family of 4 quick jaunt to the mountains in the Poconos was a welcome relief from our Covid-19 hibernation in the suburbs of Philadelphia. The positive reviews of this property didn't give it sufficient justice for what we found on our arrival. We were welcomed with a spotless and fully functional home with space and bedrooms as described.
