This review is LONG overdue. I’m from Stevens Point and have lived out of state for almost 20 years, but every time I come home (~2 times per year), I load up on Ski’s amazing sausages. Why? Because these are literally the best sausages in the world, and I mean that sincerely. When I spoke to the owner during my last pickup, she acknowledged that Wisconsin sausage is some of the best anywhere. But it’s not the Wisconsin part that makes this sausage so good, it’s the Ski’s.
