If I could leave a zero star I would. I it has come to our conclusion this company is only collecting information. Both representatives were very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, personal, and present themselves as bullies, during discussion over the phone and in person. Very questionable business and business model.
If you enjoy 17 months of complete administrative ghosting, zero enforcement of condominium bylaws, and being penalized for doing management's job for them, Skirms Ave. Property Management and Principal Manager Lisa Skirten are the exact team for you. For nearly a year and a half, we documented continuous, blatant bylaw infractions—complete with photos, logs, and evidence directly requested by management and local bylaw officers. Very poor communication and customer service. They rarely answer phone calls, and whenever I try to reach the office, I am met with an answering machine. In urgent situations, there appears to be no reliable way to contact them quickly, which is extremely concerning for a company responsible for managing multiple condominium properties. Effective and responsive communication should be a basic expectation for property management services.
