Very poor communication and customer service. They rarely answer phone calls, and whenever I try to reach the office, I am met with an answering machine. In urgent situations, there appears to be no reliable way to contact them quickly, which is extremely concerning for a company responsible for managing multiple condominium properties. Effective and responsive communication should be a basic expectation for property management services.
