They have been servicing our home for years - close to 8 to be exact. My neighbor told me about him the minute I moved in and we have been using his services ever since. He comes as soon as he is able and, if he can’t come right away, he will keep you updated as to when he can...he never just leaves you hanging. He will also give you advice as to what you can do in the meantime until he arrives. Honestly - James is like part of the family. We look forward to seeing him and he always does a wonderful job.
