BUYER BEWARE! My car left the shop with 3 yellow scratches going down the side of the front end side of my new Car, as well as some sort of grey resin smudges and finger prints in three places on my trunk lid (hard to remove). If that wasn't enough, Skip said he pressure washed one of my very rare $1,600.00 dollar Giovanna Dalar 5 chrome wheel's, and in the process lost one of the 20 hex rivets (impossible to find or buy) in the process. This is THE wheel repair shop in the NW Toughest part is finding their building. I have dealt w/ them for years and have always been happy - as well as everyone that I have sent there. A family operation and really nice people. I have seen some refinish work on really high-dollar wheels that was absolutely amazing.
I couldn't trust this place The wheel was damaged by his machine (Les Schwab confirmed these marks) and he tried to blame it on rocks. I remember no marks like this before but after this is what Skip said. So he ruined my wheel and I was out the money. I won't go here again.
Excellent service. Skip provided me with excellent information so I could make a good choice. I am decided not to purchase new rims, but have mine repaired.
