Got my break lines done here they did good on that but they ended up putting a hole in my radiator didn't tell me and put on the paper that it gets a little hot as it was just leaking out coolant i tried working with them and they wouldn't fix it or drop labor cost. Plus on top of it all they where using a aux cord to play music on my raido and subwoofers when i brought it up they didnt care nor do anything about it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my truck to Skip’s Tire & Service for basic brake work — something I thought would be straightforward. Instead, I picked it up only to find it leaking coolant and overheating, something it has never done before. What’s worse? They even noted on the invoice that my engine was running at 230°F during their test drive — clearly overheating — and didn’t bother to tell me that was a problem before handing me the keys. Dave and Skip took care of an urgent problem as we prepared for a cross country trip as soon as we called. They made sure the vehicle was safe, ready for the long drive, and the issue completely resolved (the issue - compacted mud and terrible alignment causing earthquake like shaking). The car (Volvo AWD) had been on back roads and accumulated mud and debris and knocked out of alignment.
