They do a great job with Ketotifen Fumarate for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. It’s possible to order 6 months at a time here of this specific medication, which makes dealing with compounding medication a lot less of a headache than it was at my previous compounding pharmacy, who was barely able to fill a month at once. Had a situation where I ordered a compounded drug I have been ordering for the past 13 years. The delivery device has changed and the one i recieved did not work correctly. at least twice a week the first pump delivery nothing, and the second pump delivers more than one dose. I called spoke to a sweet guy about replacement and was transferred to a pharmacist who basically told me there was ZERO chance the pump did not work correctly. They compounded a medicine for my cat, she hated taking her daily dose of Prednisolone. We ordered the tuna flavor for her, she will eat her medicine mixed with a lickable tube treat right out of her bowl. We were giving her the medicine with a needless syringe, she started being scared of us, so now much less drama and stress to give her the daily dose, this medicine is amazing.
