Terrible Uhaul experience. Called on a Tuesday to see if they would have a specific size trailer by Friday. Was told they would look around and get back to me. Never heard back, so I called again on Thursday. Whoever I talked with said they weren't at the shop and they would call me back that evening, but they were pretty sure they had the size trailer I requested. Locked the keys in the truck. They called me to let me know where they were and when they’d be there. They called me again to let me know they were in their way and got us in the truck! This was late at night in the cold!! Amazing and super nice.

Very nice people, always work with you on appointment times and very fair on prices. I went to get my brakes done there and have since gone for everything I've needed.
Skip's Automotive was awesome to me and my life partner John on Friday, 8/21/15. We were staying at the Econolodge in Massena and our truck wouldn't start when we checked out. They provided AAA tow service for us to Skip's garage. Thankfully it was only a loose battery cable. They tightened it down for us and we were on our way back to Utica safely. Can't tell you how much we appreciated your help that day! I would recommend them to anyone!
