Absolutely appalling customer service. What legitimate business has a manager doing business with customers over the phone? He could be doing business from overseas for all we know. He was rude and swore over the phone and got nasty when questioned why work was done without been given the go ahead. Not to mention it is quite rude to speak in your own language in front of customers. Do yourself a favour and give Skippy's a miss.
DO NOT COME HERE If you are going in there with one issue they always mange to find more and charge you a lot more than any other place They suck
Hello. My friend had his radiator fluid replaced recently at skippy automotive and we had discovered a badly serviced radiator days later. It was serviced with such enthusiam it suffered a fracture.The radiator was just replaced 8 months prior. The damage is typical to rough handling. I am a local automotive engineer.
I had a service done at skippys that cost $800. Watching from a friends unit window across the road, I was surprised they did the work in under 45 minutes. Got the same service done again from another mechanic in town for $336. Be sure to get quotes from multiple mechanics people!
I broke down outside of Seymour on my way to Albury and called Parth at Skippy Automotive late on a Friday afternoon. He welcomed me to bring the car straight in and took the time to look over the issue right away. Parth was extremely friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly.
