RecommendedWe spent quite of bit of time from April - October at the dock bar. The ladies are wonderful, attentive and never have to wait for that next drink. Handle large crowds well! Love spending on weekend afternoons and evenings outside on the water here!
We hosted my wife’s surprise 30th birthday party here and Skipper’s was not only a gorgeous venue, but excellent at accommodating our every need. Planning from afar in Nashville, we were naturally nervous - but Skippers calmed every nerve. They were communicative in the set up and a breeze to work with. My husband and I thought it was a beautiful weekend to grab lunch and a couple beers on the water. While our food was pretty good (I highly recommend the blue crab crusted oysters) the service on a GORGEOUS Saturday was mediocre at best. My husband had to ask for his 2nd beer then it never came. We found Skippers during a weekend getaway in Deale MD. I had oysters and salad and my wife had the crab cakes and slaw. Both were excellent!!! We saved room for desert because they’re all made on site and to die for.
