We’ve been coming to Dr Lim for at least six years very professional all questions were answered. Totally satisfied 👍
It is easy to make an appointment and everyone is friendly. Dr. Lim is extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and understanding. She truly cares about her patients as a whole, not just their eyes.
I have been seeing Dr. Lim for my annual eye exams since 2021. She conducted my most recent exam yesterday, and as always, I found her skills excellent and her professionalism reassuring. However, I was surprised to be charged $230 for this visit, which has never happened before. My health insurance plan typically covers 100% of one routine eye exam per year with no copay, so I am unsure why this charge was applied. I would appreciate clarification regarding this billing issue.
