I cannot recommend this practice. In spite of being given both vision insurance and medical insurance information at the time the appointment was scheduled. My husband was billed $345 upfront for routine annual eye exam and contact lens assessment with no receipt provided at time of service. Our attempts to contact the office by phone and e-mail went unanswered. My husband was told that he was given access to the patient portal, but he was unable to access his account. After confirming multiple times that they took my kids insurance, I got a phone call while I was IN THE PARKING LOT about to walk in that they do not, in fact, take their insurance. I literally talked to them 2 days ago. What an absolute waste of my time.
Told me they billed my insurance when they did not, in fact they never even called them. Charged me $229 at the door for an eye exam the moment I walked in, gave me no receipt/prescription paperwork on my way out, and ignored all of my phone calls, emails, and voicemails for the past 2 days regarding the matter. Now I have to back charge my credit card and file a claim to the fraud department.
