Dr is great ! They need a better reception who doesn't argue with the patients.
I have always had horrible eyesight and am a little picky about who I trust my eyes to. I’ve been seeing Lin for over 12 years now and I don’t even live that close to the office anymore. So the fact that I still choose to keep her as my optometrist, should give you some inkling that this a great place to go!
Very friendly, clean and comfortable
I was charged $1,000 for contacts and glasses, even though I have insurance. I’ve never been charged that much before. I also was charged about $200 for a lens fitting fee, and I paid it. However, overtime I noticed the lens was still not fitting properly so I went back and was charged another $200 for a lens fitting fee. I’ve never been charged that before from other Doctors. The staff is friendly but the prices are crazy :(
Dr. Lim is an excellent doctor who takes time to really discuss everything with her patients. I trust her and feel like I get quality care every visit.
