Complete scam and a fraud - waste of time - went in as 1st time patient office on my way home from work - waited 45 minutes into my appointment until was seen- then Dr. provided to - without my consent or even informing me- conduct 4 "wellness checks" / exams charging me over $100 beyond the basic exam which was all I was there for - no knowledge - no asking if I wanted the tests - should have walked out as my basic instinct was telling me sitting in chair waiting to be seen - and Dr. "insisted" I come back in less than 2 we... read more
Dr. Lim was excellent. Not some slap-dash eye exam but a complete review of my vision, family history concerning eye disease, and an exam consisting of manual examination not just a bunch of machine images to be evaluated later or never at all. Could not recommend her more!
Dr. Lim, is very thorough and caring. She spent a lot of time with me, going over what options I have. I didn't feel rushed, and she explained things so I could understand. I had a very bad experience with my first eye doctor, when the lenses came back really bad, he prescribed them anyway. Long story. Then I found a wonderful place that makes the lenses right there in Drexel Hill, Upper Darby and they showed me everything and just how bad the other ones were.
