The new Skip One has some service issues. Bar service is slow because they only use one bartender. When the bar gets busy she has to handle everyone at the bar and the high top tables. She also makes drinks for the table servers and wash glasses and stocks the coolers. No way one person can do all this. You never see a manager and it almost seems like this place is managed by the same group that operated the Sandy Butler. It will end up the same as the Butler if they don’t make some simple changes.
