Skip Eder is the best Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with. We were probably not the easiest customers to work with either because we had some very specific things we wanted in a new home/property. Skip is the Best! Although I am pretty sure we drove him crazy changing our parameters all the time in our search, he was always patient. We were introduced when we were seeking to buy a property while living 1,500 miles away and though we did not buy the property he represented upon our introduction we honestly felt that we could not find a better agent to handle all of the complexities and logistics involved when buying a home from another state.
Skip was incredible during our entire buying process. He was readily available and willing to go through as many houses as it took to find our perfect match. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new property to contact Skip ASAP and let him work his magic!
