I had my first appointment with Dr. Mirmulstein today. I was pleasantly surprised to be seen within minutes of checking in. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr. Mirmulstein addressed all my concerns quickly and efficiently. She provided me with a current treatment plan, as well as a plan for the future. I felt heard and validated in my concerns, and am optimistic about our treatment plan!
This is my 3rd time going for Fraxel laser in a span of about 5 years. I have complete confidence with their work. I also had microneedling with PRP in the past and will be doing it again this year. Staff is very welcoming and Tracy was excellent and friendly. Dr. Wiseman is also very approachable and warm. Highly recommend this office!
Really rude and dismissive.
The front desk staff in the front section were very rude. I went there to pick up an item that I paid almost $400 for, and they handed it to me in boxes without even offering a bag. When I wished them a good day, no one responded, even though there were three staff members at the desk. This clinic has, without question, the longest wait times I’ve ever experienced in any medical setting—despite having scheduled appointments. On several occasions, I have waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, and the longest delay exceeded an hour. I have never once been seen close to the time I was booked for. Out of fairness, I visited two other dermatology clinics to see whether this level of delay was simply industry standard. It is not.
