I tried to schedule an appointment with a staff member over the phone but I could not reach anyone so I emailed to book an appointment. Sally responded via email that they only answer the phone in between clients (understandable) or respond by email or text. So no outgoing calls to potential and existing clients? Unfortunately, I can't give my money to an email or text, so I scheduled an appointment with a facility who answers the phone.
