This place is everything. Excellent patient care, great friendly staff who are very attentive and helpful. Will definitely be referring my friends and family and going back for more services! So happy i found them.
I've gone to several medical spas over the years and Skintegrity MedSpa is by far and away, the best I have ever been to. Their equipment is top notch, the doctor is excellent and super easy to talk to, and the rest of the staff are extremely nice and make me feel comfortable and call me by my first name every time they see me. If you are looking to look and feel better about yourself, go to Skintegrity, you won't be disappointed.
I went to the Spa and Tiera suggested 6 micro needling procedures and charged me full amount of $1,200 up front. Two months later, I found out that I had a tumor and it required a surgery. All the tests and pre-surgery treatments continued for 5 months. I called the Spa and told front desk girl what I was going through and asked for $600 refund, since I only did 3 treatments. I have had an excellent experience at Skintegrity Med Spa. My skin looks great after having 2 Fraxil treatments. I've also had Botox and I appreciate that I look natural afterwards and not like Dr. Spock. I am very satisfied and have happily recommended the Spa to my family and friends. I really appreciate the friendly and professional staff.
