Worst customer service. The lady at the reception was unwelcoming and could not care less about the client. They made me wait for 15mns, after which a lady reluctantly escorted me for consultation. At the end, they told me they do not cater to my skin type??? I’m Asian (Indian) for reference. And she was not entertaining any follow up questions. Wasted my time for nothing. Would stay a mile away from this place. Highly disrespectful to new clients.
They don’t keep their promises. What was supposed to be a positive, professional experience turned into lateness, mixed messages, and feeling pressured rather than cared for. I left feeling disappointed and misled, and I wouldn’t recommend them.
