Incredibly sad and disturbed from my experience. I came in genuinely excited to try multiple services—despite the prices being abnormally high for our small city. Based on the few reviews and their website, I expected top-notch products, professionalism, care, and great service. Instead, I left with visible damage and irritation to my chin and neck after a cryo and facial procedure I was never properly consulted on.
