This place has shut down and still charges people on Groupon. They have stolen $1000 from me! Scam! Run away from this business!
I decided to go in for my scheduled laser removal session that I bought from Groupon despite Latoya not returning any of my phone calls. When I arrived the door was closed and the light was off and I just figured she was running late. Come to find out, per her suite neighbor, she left without any notice. Called to the building owner today. Latoya has taken off without any notification to anyone.
I leave reviews very rarely specially for any negative feedback. I am trying to reach her from past 3-4 months for rescheduling my appointment but there is no response from the other side. I paid for services in advance but not sure how to get my money refunded and also at any point in time, appointment gets cancelled by her side. I had very bad experience and hoping to get my money refunded at least for the services I have not even started.
