I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. Over a week ago, I was scheduled for my first consultation with Claire. I drove over an hour to the appointment, and about 30 minutes before it was scheduled to begin, I received a message that an emergency had come up and she needed to cancel. I met with Claire today for my first RF microneedling. Claire explained the process in detail and presented the best option based on my brown skin. It was a very relaxing environment. Claire's knowledge and personality is refreshing. I'm very happy with the procedure and look forward to the final outcome.

Edit: When I showed up, I was told that there was no record of my appointment, now you're saying that you tried but were unable to reach me. So was there no appointment or were you unable to reach me? You telling me that you may not have the proper contact information is crazy to me because I was just contacted yesterday regarding a promotion you have going on today. Booked online for a special deal excited to try . They called two days later and said sorry we are not doing this promotion anymore but can book you for a more expensive one I said no thanks . False advertisement.

Brandi is absolutely amazing at what she does! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about skincare. Every visit leaves my skin glowing, and I always feel taken care of.
