Brandi is absolutely amazing at what she does! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about skincare. Every visit leaves my skin glowing, and I always feel taken care of. I trust her so much that I bring my out-of-town family to her every time they visit—and they love her just as much. Highly recommend!
I had a scheduling mix-up at Skin Rx last Friday and initially left disappointed. The owner, Clair, personally reached out and explained the situation and how the time did not get updated. I completely get that and it does happen. She apologized sincerely and offered a complimentary Honey Enzyme Facial to make things right. Brandie was AMAZING! From arrival to departure she explained every aspect of my facial as well as recommendations for daily facial maintenance. I felt very comfortable and extremely relaxed thanks to Brandie walking me through the facial processes. I would highly recommend her if you are considering a facial. Thank you again!
I’m sharing this review as a caution to anyone considering this “spa” and its skincare membership program. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing on multiple levels. Despite signing up for a specific service plan, I was charged additional fees throughout the month that were not authorized. I strongly encourage anyone joining their skin club to closely monitor their account activity to avoid this from happening to them.
Clair at Skin RX runs a very professional and cleanly business. Anytime I go there I feel like I am in good hands. She is a nice person amd takes pride in all the services that are provided at Skin RX. I recommend them.
