I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. Over a week ago, I was scheduled for my first consultation with Claire. I drove over an hour to the appointment, and about 30 minutes before it was scheduled to begin, I received a message that an emergency had come up and she needed to cancel. Brandi is absolutely amazing at what she does! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about skincare. Every visit leaves my skin glowing, and I always feel taken care of. I trust her so much that I bring my out-of-town family to her every time they visit—and they love her just as much. Highly recommend!

Edit: When I showed up, I was told that there was no record of my appointment, now you're saying that you tried but were unable to reach me. So was there no appointment or were you unable to reach me? You telling me that you may not have the proper contact information is crazy to me because I was just contacted yesterday regarding a promotion you have going on today. I had a scheduling mix-up at Skin Rx last Friday and initially left disappointed. The owner, Clair, personally reached out and explained the situation and how the time did not get updated. I completely get that and it does happen. She apologized sincerely and offered a complimentary Honey Enzyme Facial to make things right. Mistakes happen, and Clair handled it with honesty, grace, and professionalism.
