I recently visited SkinQ Roscoe Village and had a wonderful experience with Madison. I had some prior lash lift trauma I am working through :D but she immediately made me feel comfortable and was super understanding / attentive as I talked through my prior experience. The salon itself has such a relaxing vibe, and Madison's skill and attentiveness really stood out - would 10000% go back to see her again for a lift and other treatments!!

I coordinated with Kayla to schedule a lift and tint with Jessica. Both ladies were professional at all times and Jessica is skilled in her lash service. She explained each step, checked in frequently to confirm I’m comfortable, and worked efficiently yet gently. The service was about an hour and it flew by. I love the way my lashes came out! Just like a “mascara” look as Jessica described beforehand. The music was an added bonus to the ambiance! I would highly recommend you treat yourself :)
Madison is my GOAT for waxing. she makes the whole thing pretty much painless even the first time and it’s a super quick service! Vibes are great in her room and she’s super transparent and talkative through the whole process. The location feels very private and clean and I would 100% recommend Madison + SkinQ!
