Saw Dr.Lee at Newton, she was not able to offer me light therapy for my vitiligo because the Newton practice does not have the light booth. Still paid a full fee. She advised me to go to another dermatologist. When I called the office twice and left 2 messages asking the doctor to call me back so that she could organise for me to go somewhere so I wouldn’t have to pay a full fee as I could not get in to another dermatologist like she said I would. Very poor experience, dr lee rushes her appointments and talks extremely fast which doesn't give you much time to discuss or understand anything she is saying. Poor and very expensive experience. App was over in just 5 mins and got nothing from it.
Dr Lee was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very well looked after. Will definitely come again
