If I could give this place a 0 I would. Came in for Botox. Found their Groupon deal and they matched it, but there must be a diluted solution they use for Groupon rates. This was my first time there for Botox. I walk into service room and a different nurse was there. She said the girl I booked with (who I was told was very good) was out sick. This was the absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I ordered weight loss treatment with this company, waited almost a month when I was told it would only be two weeks, after not receiving it they offered to send it by mail, it never came, no one called or said why, when I was finally able to reach someone which is VERY rare, they made a lie on how it was sent , but someone denied its delivery.They then told me I could come and pick it up and that they close at 5pm we where there at 3pm the pla... read more

I wanted to like this place. It’s so clean and the people who work there are nice but I wanted a brow lift when I got Botox and ended up with one very lifted brow and one with no change at all. Hello Spock eye. I went back two times to have it corrected and she was never able to inject the other eye in the correct place so I still have uneven brows. Still on the hunt for a good injector in Alameda.

This is for IPL treatment in Alameda. The woman never addressed me By name nor introduced herself. She applied the goo before the TX and only later after she applied did she ask if I wanted pain relief gel. Of course I did! So start over. Applied very unevenly, and when she began the treatment which I’ve had done many times in the past, there were big spaces in between where she used the laser.
