Very dissatisfied with this product and service. It was never disclosed when you buy promotional product that you are buying a subscription! Totally misleading marketing and when you trying to cancel it takes forever to complete to process plus they charge 9.95 for shipping for tea bags via USPS? That’s ridiculous? Plus this product does not even work, you want loose any weight. Don’t bother , so many other Products for much lower price! I will stock with skinny mint !

Skinny fit is a big joke they take your money you buy the product wants to try it out and then when you decide you don't want it anymore they keep sending you the product and make you pay for stuff that you don't want. I don't know if it even works or not because I haven't had enough time to even check out my purse the shipment of it and yet they keep sending me more and more shipments of it and I didn't even ask what I asked for one-time-only shipments and they keep sending me more and more shipments and I cancelled it and ... read more

I purchased A trial for $19.95 super youth skinny fit I assumed it was 30 days. I had reason to contact the CO. I received a very speedy response. I was completely happy and impressed with results of my experience with this company. The product I did try out before I purchased. My sister gave me 1/2 her container. I couldn't be happier with how I have responded to this product. This is a big company with no artificial intelligence to speak of. Only real people. Excellent, Excellent experience all around! I ordered a trial of their product, 18 days later I was charged the full amount for the product - not just an additional order as in a subscription but the full amount for the so-called "trial". In the "fine print" it said that I needed to call within that 18 day period. None of the confirmation emails stated this. Additionally, I tried to login to my online "account" and there was NO way to delete my account, my credit card information or my contact information - that is not okay. While reviewing the account we do see the original order was an 18 day trial for two of our products. Due to no cancellation during the trial period we did process a charge on 05/24/2018 for the two full size items she had in hand.
