I did not receive any treatment; I only received a phone call for a complimentary consultation. During the call, I asked about the pricing, and once the cost was disclosed, I simply thanked the representative for the information. She immediately ended the call without allowing me an opportunity to ask any additional questions or learn more about the services. I found this interaction to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Just had lip filler done with Reem. She’s very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Very gentle too, I really didn’t feel much. I think I’m hooked now and need to go back for Botox! Denise you’re awesome, thanks so much! Side note, it smells AMAZING in reception.
I don’t recommend going to the uptown location as they don’t have proper beds. They are chair beds so incredibly uncomfortable is you’re going for a relaxing hour long facial.
