Skinny Medspa is by far the most unsafe and unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business, and I strongly believe they should be investigated. I went in for a TruSculpt treatment, something that is marketed as safe and non-invasive. Instead, I was left severely burned. The staff who operated the machine had no clue what they were doing.
