If you value your safety do not bring you car here for repair. This repair shop failed to properly repair my daughter’s vehicle and could have resulted in a catastrophic accident. They made the car look cosmetically fine, but there was mechanical damage that could have been catastrophic. I ended up paying far more than my deductible to actually repair the car. CNZ has been good to me. I have found the team to be trustworthy which is a quality that is difficult to find in the industry. Also, the prices are competitive with excellent customer service.
These awesome guys replaced my AC compressor in no time at all. They did great work and gave me a fair price. I'll definitely be back!
Twice now in the last six months, we have experienced dissatisfaction with services given for a simple oil change and inspection. First, it was my husband‘s car.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I took my truck to this place because it started making a ticking noise and misfiring. I dropped it off at 8 AM on a Friday. The guy at the front desk told me that they would call me within the hour with a diagnosis and a quote. I called them back at 1:30 in the afternoon and he said they were still looking at it.
