Tuesday 7/21/26 I take my car to CNZ For checking oil leak gentleman at the counter he said you need to change Three parts in your vehicle . i asked him if this can resolved the issue he said yes I payed @ the register. When I drove car home car begin jerks & shake . decided to check the coolant and it was completely empty ,Do they not top off fluids when completing checking I take my car to other shop to fixed the issues CNZ did to my car. I don't recommend this shop to anyone Is training shop learning from customers car's
I truly appreciate the crew over here. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fair with the pricing. I only come to them when my car needs a service.
If you value your safety do not bring you car here for repair. This repair shop failed to properly repair my daughter’s vehicle and could have resulted in a catastrophic accident. They made the car look cosmetically fine, but there was mechanical damage that could have been catastrophic. I ended up paying far more than my deductible to actually repair the car. CNZ has been good to me. I have found the team to be trustworthy which is a quality that is difficult to find in the industry. Also, the prices are competitive with excellent customer service.
