Don’t be one minute late or the front desk staff will be rude and say you have to reschedule. I tried to tell her I got lost and she didn’t care to listen at all! I’ve heard good things about the doctors there but the front desk lady is awful!
I am a firm believer in getting second opinions. My grandmother was seen here on several occasions just for primary care visits. On two of those visits, I voiced my concerns about a sore that was on her nose that just wasn’t healing.
