I had such an amazing experience today. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and they truly went above and beyond to answer every single one of my questions. The owner was incredibly sweet she even took the time to look up my gift card for me, which I really appreciated. I’m honestly so happy I found this place. The customer service here is awful at least over the phone not to mention the girl answering the phone sounds like she’s driving or she’s busy it definitely don’t sound like she’s in a office and if you tell her anything she wants to argue with you. Get someone else to answer the phone that knows how to talk to customers and not act like a snob.
I had a very good experience today! The hydra facial done by Marlee felt so good! My face was left cleaned and calming. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable~ I highly recommend Marlee for your facials!
Cally was amazing! She was attentive to my needs and had a great attitude the entire time while administering Botox.The office was very nice and clean. Such a great experience at Skinlumi, can’t wait to come back!
