I saw the piercer to have some jewelry switched out before a surgery. I bought some cheap acrylic retainers and had her switch out my daith and tragus. She seemed confused on how to bend the daith ring to take it out. I tried explaining it to her but she clearly didn't understand. She destroyed my beautiful $50 piece of jewelry.
