I have had TERRIBLE customer service from Christie. I went to her about 2 years ago to get my brows done. I made an appointment in October because it was time for a refresh. I scheduled the appointment in August. I am a busy executive, and had a meeting come up for my appointment day/time that I couldn't miss. I sent a message asking if I would be able to move my appointment rather than cancel because I didn't want to lose my deposit and I only needed to reschedule. My first time getting henna brows and my eyebrows turned out absolutely gorgeous! The salon was nice, clean and bright. The energy was positive. The owner was patient and answered my questions. I’m not used to paying this amount for a cosmetic service, but I think it was worth it. It made me feel alive, gitty, and very girlie. Thank you Christie. 🪞
