I recently visited Skinfinity for a HydraFacial, as advertised. However, my experience was truly disappointing and appalling. Firstly, the HydraFacial machine they were using was off-brand and was malfunctioning throughout my facial. It was leaking throughout the entire session, all over my face and dripping to the point that the facialist had to use towels to wipe my face and neck and cover my shirt.
