First and foremost, Nalaika is the pinnacle of professionalism. I could immediately tell that she knows her craft, and she treats waxing like an art form. Throughout the wax, she offered kind encouragement (although the wax actually didn't hurt at all), useful skin care tips I'd never heard before, and she was just generally personable and friendly. I received a facial from Nalaika and honestly I couldn’t ask for a better service. The vibes were beautiful, the conversation was flowing, and don’t even get me started on her facial massage.
