The website wouldn’t process my purchase nor would it recognize the promotional code offered at the top of their website. Obviously, I had to search for a phone no.and then had to make the dreaded call. Since they were acquired by L’Oréal customer service is non existent. The rep has no authority to make any decision that is outside the box.
