This is a well run clinic and the physicians are all top notch. I travel from Comox each time to get the care I need. Dr. Filanovsky is efficient and thorough! I have also seen Dr. Yana Simice and she too is very thorough and professional.

It is absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone at this clinic, even just to confirm an appointment. There is no way to speak to a live person, and their voicemail instructs you to send urgent messages by email—yet the automatic reply to those emails says it may take up to 7 days for a response. I was away on a hunt and out of service. As soon as I returned, I called to confirm my appointment only to find out it had already been cancelled.
