Dr. Simice at SkinCareWest is the best! I saw her recently for a surgical procedure and she did an amazing job! She is just such a lovely, friendly, kind doctor and so smart and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my procedure. Thank you, Dr. Simice!
I would recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs if you can. First off, their receptionist is always extremely rude and unwilling to help. Coral (receptionist) comes off very cold, unhelpful and dismissive. Speaking with her was a very unpleasant experience. This is a well run clinic and the physicians are all top notch. I travel from Comox each time to get the care I need. Dr. Filanovsky is efficient and thorough! I have also seen Dr. Yana Simice and she too is very thorough and professional.
