A wonderful company to order products from. The Skinbetter tone smart sunscreen is SPF 68 and is amazing. I wear it daily as a light coverup instead of foundation. It is so effective and lasts quite a while. It’s a must have for me.
I recently ordered from Skincare Market and had a great experience. The product arrived quickly, was packaged well, and everything was exactly as expected. No issues at all from start to finish. It’s always reassuring when an online order goes smoothly — I’ll definitely be coming back!
Do not buy from this company! I ordered an item they said was shipped and delivered but I never received it. I requested a picture of delivery and was told to check with my family. I sent several emails and called pleading to come to a mutual resolution with absolutely no response. Terrible customer service!!! Shame on you!
I won’t be doing business with Skincare Market again. They required a signature for delivery but did not make that clear before I placed my order. Like most people, I receive several packages a week, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I was required to sign for one. I work and I’m not home during the day, so this turned into a frustrating process of tracking down a package that could have been avoided with proper disclosure. BEWARE, Ordered over two months ago, item has not shipped and I have received no response when I reached out about my order update. I won't be ordering from this website again. Update, they finally shipped a new bottle of the moisturizer I had ordered. At least they made it right
