The office failed to confirm our insurance when the appointment was made. Due to their inabilities to perform their job correctly, I just wasted over an hour of my day and my child was late for school. They waited until the day of appointment to confirm coverage and I get there to find out I owe them $139 just to have my daughters finger looked at. I was at a point where I was very frustrated with my “teenage skin” in my early 20’s and wanted to see results. Other doctors led to disappointment and this office was recommended to me. I feel confident in my own skin now and I have 100% results. Dr is amazing and staff is super friendly.
So far I have been waiting 1 hour to go in to a room. Getting annoyed.
RecommendedI met with Dr.Hill for the 1st time yesterday.. he got right to work on my problems and needless to say I am very impressed with him and his work!! Very nice staff and I will be back for more work in the future!!
