Skincare by Design is the best around. Heidi is exceptionally attentive. Always, providing an excellent experience and results. She is able to answer any of my questions and educate me on how to care for my skin between appointments. I would recommend her to anyone in the Miami Valley area.

Very rude and not at all professional. She didn't provide any receipts when I questioned the pricing and she lied about me texting her at 2am. That was her excuse for being rude. I have phone records to show I text her at 6pm and screenshots to show that my texts were professional. Not sure of what's going on in her life to make her this rude, but she doesn't represent her business very well!
Very professional, friendly staff.... very modern, welcoming and warm atmosphere. The services offered are amazing... treat yourself with an amazing experience.

I have gotten the Red Carpet Hydra-Facial and the results are amazing. I am in my late 60's, but my skin doesn't show my age at all!
Heidi does a fantastic job keeping you informed about skin care products. She makes suggesting as to the type of facial is best for you. And her facials are wonderful. Thank you Heidi.

Heidi is the best! She is very knowledgeable about various skin types and is happy to educate you on a home regimen to help maintain that in the office glow at home.
