Not sure what happened, but i am not a new customer but on my appointment day, she never showed up even though I messaged and emailed her. It’s kinda sad because she is really good at what she does but she’s late the last appointment too, 30 mins late and this time no show up :( Krystal is so pleasant to work with. She’s fast but careful with her work. I will definitely book again. Prices are affordable too! I don’t have to go far now that I found sugaring service near me

Amazing! I booked for a regular Brazilian wax, and she talked me into sugaring. I can honestly say the results have lasted longer than waxing. She was super chill, and made me feel really comfortable!

I had my first back facial with Krystal. She was great! She took her time, she included some extra time. She was also very funny. Great experience.
