50/50 They have a tendency to be rude, but the service is usually fine. I use the shop for my tattoos.. But they aren't that friendly. Some of the shop staff act as if they want nothing to do with you, and the other 1/2 act like they want to talk for hours. It all depends on who you get your services from in the shop.
Not Very Friendly I went here for my very first tattoo, and I will admit I was very nervous about the work I was going to get done. I wanted something very small and on my wrist. The man behind the counter proceeded to make jokes about what I wanted, and then told me to take a seat it wouldn??t be very long. After waiting for two hours I finally get to go back to get prepped for my tattoo. Skinworks does work Got my first tattoo here, good price, good service, friendly staff, and considerate artists. Very clean. recommend for any first tattoo or 10th tattoo.
Friendly I always here about Skin Works on the Radio Station that I listen to. They even give away $25.00 Giftcertificates. I know someone who has gone there to get her Belly Button pierced and said that everyone there is very friendly. Prices are not very high either.
AMAZING Skinworks has wonderful employees and everytime i go i have had an awesome experience. everytime i try a different tattoo place, my tattoo or piercing gets messed up. i have been going to skinworks for over 6 years now and even came back from Georgia to have work done. the owner is amazing as well. if you want good, quality work done, go see Ken and his crew!
tipping really does make it hurt less i got my first (and currently only) tattoo here. i received remarkable service and am going back to get my nose peirced and my 2nd tattoo later this week. for the service you get the prices can't be beat.
2 Thumbs Up My sister and I stopped by Skin Works this weekend for tragus piercings and I've got to say I enjoyed the overall Skin Works experience. Ken and the staff were super friendly and very professional. They've moved to a new location and the new facility is extremely clean and easy to find. I LOVE!! I went to skinworks for my fist tattoo. the experience was awesome! everyone was so nice and made me feel at ease. so i talked my boyfriend into going there for his second and third tattoos. and now he loves it there too.. i also we there for my second and will be going for my third here soon. the prices are ok. not to bad. they are super clean. i recommend they to anyone with their 1st or their 100th tattoo or piercing. THEY ARE AWESOME!
Great for tattoos and piercings. I have gotten a tattoo and my belly button pierced at skinworks. I was so scared about the piercing but they quickly put me at ease with jokes and made me feel well taken care of. They are a clean facility so you don't need to have any qualms about going here.
