I had a very disappointing experience with Skin Vitality at the Stoney Creek location. I went there for CoolSculpting for my chin/submental area because the clinic presents itself as a medically supervised aesthetic provider and I trusted their expertise. Over the course of my treatment, I returned multiple times with the same concern: my chin area was not improving and appeared to be getting worse.
